Refund policy

We have a no return policy on books received in good condition and without printing errors. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by shipping a replacement.

To start a return, you can contact us at stephanie@creativeelfbooks.com. Please include an image of the damaged or defective item, and an address in which to ship the replacement.
